少数民族传统社会组织的现代转型——以广西防城港市京族翁村为例

THE MODERN TRANSFORAMTION OF TRADITIONAL SOCIAL ORGANIZATION OF ETHNIC MINORIITES: TAKING THE PRESBYTERIANISM OF THE JING NATIONALITY IN FANGCHEGNGANG CITY, GUANGXI AS AN EXAMPLE

受现代性影响,京族传统社会组织翁村社会管理功能消失,解纷止争功能弱化,社会影响力下降,京族人重构翁村的组织结构、运行机制和功能,使之转型为具有更广泛社会基础的现代社会组织,在京族文化的传承与发展中发挥着重要作用。翁村转型的过程,是少数民族传统社会组织为适应现代生存环境进行自我改造与重构的过程,给少数民族传统组织的现代转型以良好的经验借鉴。从翁村转型路径中可以看出,少数民族传统组织的转型具有现实可行性,推动少数民族传统组织转型的主体是族群成员,政府主导是少数民族传统组织转型的有效路径,功能转型是少数民族传统组织转型的核心内容。

Influenced by modernity, the function of social management in disputes settlement of traditional social organization of the Jing nationality, ＂Weng Cun＂ spelled in Mandarin, has been weakened and disappeared. Its social influence declines. The modern social organization with widespread social foundation reconstructed by the Jing people in terms of organizational structure, mechanism of operation and function based on previous ＂Weng Cun＂ organization （Presbyterianism） plays an important role in cultural inheritance and development of the Jing nationality. The transfor mation process of ＂Weng Cun＂ organization is the process of self-transformation and reconstruction of traditional social organization of minority ethnic groups to adapt to the modern living environment, providing a good example for the modern transformation of the traditional organizations of ethnic minori- ties. It can be seen from the transformation way of ＂Weng Cun＂ organization that the transformation of the traditional organization of ethnic minorities is practical and feasible. The subject to push forward the transformation of the traditional organization of ethnic minority is its members, the effective way of the transformation is the leading of government, and the core is function transformation.
