基于DEA-MI模型的四川省区域旅游效率测评分析

An Evaluation Analysis of Regional Tourism Efficiency in Sichuan Province Based on DEA-MI

全国旅游供给侧改革正全面展开,为实现四川旅游经济由粗放低效向精细高效转变,对四川省进行旅游效率测评则尤为关键。以2006—2014年四川省旅游投入和支出的面板数据为资料,运用DEA中的VRS和DEA-MI模型对旅游效率进行测评,结果表明:(1)2006—2014年四川省区域旅游效率处于中上水平,具有时空特征;(2)Malmquist全要素生产率指数呈现增长的趋势,效率值波动明显;(3)技术进步和纯技术效率是四川省区域旅游效率变化的关键因素。根据现阶段四川省旅游效率发展水平及其所反映的效率问题,归纳总结旅游效率发展的影响因素包括:(1)经济基础和资源禀赋;(2)城市化和产业化;(3)区位和人口。

The Chinese tourism supply side reform is fully carried out, in order to achieve the transformation of Sichuan tourism from extensive inefficient economy to the finery and efficiency, so the evaluation of tourism efficiency in Sichuan province is particularly critical. In this study, based on the panel data of 2006 —2014 in Sichuan province tourism investment and expenditure data, using VRS and DEA-MI model in DEA to evaluate the tourism efficiency, the results show that：（1）I n the years of2006—2014 the regional tourism efficiency of Sichuan province is in the upper level, with temporal and spatial characteristics;（2） Malmquist total factor productivity index is at the growing trend, and the efficiency value fluctuates significantly;（3）the progress of technology and the pure technical efficiency is the key factor of Sichuan province regional tourism efficiency change.According to the efficiency of the present stage Sichuan province tourism development and the efficiency of the problem, the factors that affect the efficiency of tourism development are summarized： the economic basis and natural resources, urbanization and industrialization, the location and population.
