摘要
随着3D打印技术的不断发展,它在航空航天、生物医药、建筑、机械工程等领域有了较成熟的应用,是一种提高产能、节约成本、绿色环保的全新制造模式。3D打印给制造业带来了革命性的前景,但也存在一些问题,如去除支撑材料较困难。本研究利用3D打印机制作若干模型,通过试验的方法,根据分子相似相溶原理,得出一种能快速溶解支撑材料的方案。该方案为缩短3D打印后期的工作时间进行了积极的探索。
With the development of 3D printing technology, in the aerospace, biomedical, architectural, mechanical engineering and other fields have been mature, which is a kind of productivity, cost saving, green environmental protection new manufacturing mode.3D printing brings revolutionary prospects to the manufacturing industry, but there are also some problems, such as remove the support material is difficult. This research use 3D printer to make some models, through experimental method, based on molecular similarity and compatibility principle, draw a supporting material scheme quickly dissolved. The scheme explores the way to shorten the work time.
