基于离散矢量算法的多轴数控机床防碰撞问题研究

摘要 由于在现代大型复杂的机械零部件加工中,必须要用到复杂的高性能的多轴数控机床。多轴数控机床比传统机床在加工制造过程中更容易产生碰撞和干涉问题,给实际加工生产带来了很大麻烦。为了解决这个问题,设计了基于离散算法的多轴数控机床防碰撞算法,能够很好的解决碰撞问题,在机械加工生产中实用价值比较高。 Because of the large and complex mechanical parts processing in modern times, complex and high performance multi axis CNC machine tools must be used. Multi axis CNC machine tools are more prone to collision and interference than traditional machine tools in the manufacturing process, which brings great trouble to the actual production. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs an anti-collision algorithm for multi axis CNC machine tools based on discrete algorithm, which can solve the collision problem well and has high practical value in the machining process.
