Perianal spontaneous hematoma: three cases report

总结宜宾市第一人民医院中西医结合科收治的3例肛周自发性血肿患者的发病特点及诊治过程。3例患者均为中老年患者,2例手术,1例保守治疗痊愈,2例手术患者均术前误诊为肛周脓肿。肛周自发性血肿发病年龄较大,容易误诊。

This paper summarizes the characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of 3 cases of perianal spontaneous hematoma in the First People＇s Hospital of Yibin City. Three patients were middle-aged or elderly patients, and two cases underwent surgery. One case underwent conservative treatment and was cured, and two patients were preoperative misdiagnosed as perianal abscess. Perianal spontaneous hematoma onset age is older, and it is easy to be misdiagnosed.
