高尔夫球头精细打磨作业手传振动加速度影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高尔夫球头精细打磨作业中手传振动的影响因素,为降低打磨作业工人手传振动水平提供科学依据。方法模拟高尔夫球头打磨作业方式,分别测量不同条件下打磨时的手传振动加速度;采用独立样本t检验比较不同坐垫和胶轮对振动加速度的影响。采用单因素方差分析比较不同转速水平对振动加速度的影响。结果在普通塑胶垫且厚度≥3.0 cm胶轮条件下,3种转速水平(1 200、1 800和2 400 r/min)的振动加速度分别为(0.86±0.01)、(1.12±0.01)和(1.84±0.01)m/s^2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在转速均为2 400 r/min,且胶轮厚度≥3.0 cm条件下,高弹橡胶垫的振动加速度(1.35±0.05)m/s^2低于普通塑胶垫(1.84±0.05)m/s^2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在转速2 400 r/min和普通塑胶垫的条件下,厚度<3.0 cm胶轮的振动加速度(1.84±0.05)m/s^2高于厚度≥3.0 cm胶轮(2.37±0.07)m/s^2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论转速、胶垫材质、胶轮厚度都会对高尔夫球头精细打磨作业手传振动加速度产生影响。 Objective To explore different factors affect golf club heads handheld fine grinding operation of the workpiece vibration acceleration for carrying out engineering improvements to reduce workers exposed to hand-transmitted vibration grinding intensity and provide evidence.Methods Simulated golf club heads polishing operation method,which measures the vibration acceleration of hands under different conditions under different conditions. The influence of different seat cushion and rubber wheel on vibration acceleration was compared with the independent sample t test. The effects of different rotational speed on vibration acceleration were compared by using single factor variance analysis. Results Under ordinary conditions of plastic mats,three kinds of speed levels( 1 200,1 800 and 2 400 r/min) of the vibration acceleration x±s were 0.86±0.01,1.12 ±0.01 and 1.84 ± 0.01 m/s^2,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). In speed 2 400r/min conditions,high elastic rubber vibrate acceleration was less( x±s = 1.35±0.05 m/s^2) than ordinary plastic pad( x±s= 1.84±0.05 m/s^2),the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05); in speed 2 400 r/min and conditions ordinary plastic pad,unqualified tire vibrate acceleration was( x±s = 1.84±0.05 m/s^2) higher than qualified tire( x±s = 2.37±0.07m/s^2),the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).Conclusion The speed levels,the rubber cushion material,the thickness of the rubber wheel will be affected by the fine grinding of the golf club heads.
