某半导体有限公司SMD事业部职业病危害控制效果评价

Control effect of occupational hazard in the SMD division of semiconductor company

目的通过对某半导体有限公司SMD事业部进行工作场所职业病危害因素及其接触水平、职业病防护设施与措施及其效果等做出综合评价,做到"预防为主、防治结合",保障劳动者健康。方法依据现行的法律、规范、标准及企业提供的基础性资料,进行职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查,通过检查表分析等方法对建设项目进行定性定量的综合评价。结果建设项目生产工艺布局、职业病防护措施等符合相关要求;生产过程产生的化学毒物和噪声等职业病危害因素、化学因素检测结果均低于职业接触限值;噪声强度检测结果最大值为82.8 dB(A)。结论建设项目属于电器制造业,综合分析其为职业病危害一般项目,评价结果符合国家卫生标准要求,建设项目职业病危害控制效果达标。

Objective To identify and analyze the occupational risk factors and exposure levels,occupational disease prevention facilities and their effects,making a comprehensive evaluation in the SMD division of semiconductor company. Do＂preventon first and prevention treatment combination＂,guarantee laborers＇ health..Methods The items including the laws,norms,standards and the basic data was provided by the company,field hygiene investigation,occupational health inspection,occupational health examination,checklist were used to evaluate the project.Results The items including the arrangement and layout of the facilities,occupational disease prevention and protection measures accorded with relative national standards. The occupational risk factors of chemical poisons and noise produced during the production were lower than the national exposure limits requirements. The maximum of noise intensity was 82.8 d B（ A）.Conclusion The construction project belongs to the electronics manufacturing. The project has general occupational hazards. The evaluation results conform to the national health standard,and the construction project occupational hazards are reaching the standard.
