Exploration of New Mode of Pharmaceutical Service under Health Care Reform

本文介绍了一家省级三甲综合性医院药学部门对传统药学服务模式的改进和对新型药学服务模式的探索经过,探讨了医改背景下药学人员针对新型药学服务模式进行探索的可行性和重要性,提出了当代药学人员应该抓住医改机遇,提升药学服务水平,提升药学专业价值,依托互联网技术,引进先进的设备,构建优秀的药学服务团队,用全新的理念推进医院药学发展和转型升级的建议。

We introduced the exploring process of improving the traditional pharmaceutical service and establishing a new one in department of pharmacy in a principal top-class hospital.Under the background of health care reform,we discussed the feasibility and importance for pharmaceutical researchers to explore the new pharmaceutical service model.We suggested that contemporary pharmaceutical researchers should seize the opportunity of health care reform,improve pharmaceutical service,and promote pharmaceutical professional value.To achieve that,researchers should rely on internet technology,introduce advanced equipment,and build a professional pharmaceutical service team.In prospective of the new concept to promote the development of hospital pharmacy,we proposed transformation and upgrading of pharmaceutical service advice.
