浅论胰岛素安全使用的细节管理

Discussion of Fine Management of Safe Usage of Insulin

胰岛素是目前临床治疗糖尿病的常用药品,随着医疗技术的进步,其剂型、使用方法、作用时间、注射装置等都在不断地变化更新。部分医护人员可能存在对其了解程度较低的情况,易造成胰岛素使用上的纰漏。为完善胰岛素制剂的细节管理流程,保证胰岛素的安全使用,预防医疗事故的发生,本文分析总结了目前临床上胰岛素使用过程中(包括:储存、处方及注射等环节)存在的安全隐患和潜在问题,针对不足提出相应对策。

Insulin is one of the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. With the development of medical technology, many aspects of insulin use are constantly changing, including the dosage form, usage introductions, operation time, injection device and others. However, some of the medical staffs may not have enough understanding of these changes, which could lead to. wrong usage of insulin. In order to improve the details managing process and guarantee safe usage of insulin, this paper summarized and analyzed the existed and potential problems in the process of clinical use of insulin（including storage, prescription, injection）. We further made some suggestions.
