基于岗位胜任能力的神经科护士岗前培训效果研究

Effect Analysis of Induction Training for Young Nurses Based on Job Competence in Neurology Department

目的探讨基于岗位胜任能力的神经科新入职年轻护士岗前培训之策略。方法对2014年8月至2016年9月新入职年轻护士进行研究,采用随机抽样法选取神经科N0级的护士50名为研究对象,按时间先后将其分为对照组和观察组,每组25名。观察组新入职年轻护士采用基于岗位胜任能力"模块化、阶段化、持续管理"的岗前理论知识与实践能力培训模式,对照组新入职年轻护士接受常规岗前培训,比较两组新入职年轻护士培训后的综合能力。结果对照组及观察组培训后责任感及价值观、理论知识、技术操作、发现问题、解决问题、理论实际结合能力等指标的考核成绩均较培训前高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组各项指标得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化的基于岗位胜任力的岗前培训能明显提高新入职年轻护士的基本理论知识、技术操作、人文素质及综合执业能力,有利于新入职年轻护士尽快适应临床岗位,从而能有效提升护理质量。

Objective To discuss induction training for young nurses based on job competence in neurology and neurosurgery department.Methods The newly recruited nurses from August 2014 to September 2016 were included. A total of 50 nurses were selected by random sampling. We further equally categorized them into the intervention and control group according to recruiting time. Nurses in the intervention group received the induction training based on job competence, which included theoretical knowledge and practical ability training. Meanwhile nurses in the control group received conventional induction training. After training, we compared the comprehensive abilities between two groups. Results Nurses in the intervention group got statistically higher scores in the sense of responsibility and value, theoretical knowledge, technical operation, ability to find and solve problems, ability to combine theory with practice and so on than those in the control group after training（P0.05）. Conclusion Standardized induction training based on job competence significantly improved new young nurses＇ basic theoretical knowledge, technical operation, humanistic quality and comprehensive practicing ability. It could help nurses to adapt to the new post in clinical practice as soon as possible, and eventually effectively improve nursing quality.
