摘要
目的 :探究互动健康教育模式在肺炎患儿临床护理工作中的应用价值。方法 :对2015年3月至2016年1月期间新津县人民医院收治的100例肺炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。随机将这100患儿分为甲组和乙组,每组各有50例患儿。对甲组患儿进行常规护理,对乙组患儿在进行常规护理的基础上加用互动健康教育模式进行护理,然后比较两组患儿肺部湿啰音消失的时间、退热的时间、住院的时间、治护的总有效率及其家长对护理的满意度。结果:1)与甲组患儿相比,乙组患儿肺部湿啰音消失的时间、退热的时间和住院的时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)乙组患儿治护的总有效率为94%,甲组患儿治护的总有效率为78%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)乙组患儿家长对护理的总满意率为92%,甲组患儿家长对护理的总满意率为72%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :将互动健康教育模式应用到肺炎患儿的临床护理工作中,能缩短其肺部湿啰音消失的时间、退热的时间和住院的时间,提高其临床疗效及其家长对护理的满意度。
Objective To explore value of application of interactive health education nursing mode on the children patients of pediatric pneumonia. Method Retrospective study the material of 100 cases of children patients with pediatric pneumonia were treated in Peoples' Hospital of Xinjin county from March 2015 to January 2016. Randomly divided the patients into Group A and group B,50 patients each group.Nurse Group A with routine method,nurse Group B with interactive health education nursing mode base on routine nursing.Compare disappearance time of pulmonary rales, fever clearance time,length of stay,total effective rate and satisfaction rate of parents of 2 groups. Results 1.Compare with Group A, disappearance time of pulmonary rales, fever clearance time,length of stay of Group B are significantly shorter(P 0.05). 2. Total effective rate of Group B is 94%, total effective rate of Group A is 78%,the difference of 2 groups has statistical significant(P 0.05).3.Satisfaction of parents of Group B is 92%, satisfaction of parents of Group A is 72%, the difference of 2 groups has statistical significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Apply interactive health education nursing mode on the children patients of pediatric pneumonia can shorten disappearance time of pulmonary rales, fever clearance time,length of stay and improve curative effect and satisfaction of parents.
