MRI检查在膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断中的应用价值分析

Value of application of MRI in Diagnosis of Degenerative Osteoarthrosis of Knee Joint

目的 :探讨MRI检查在膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断中的应用价值。方法 :对2015年10月至2016年10月期间青白江区人民医院收治的30例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者(均经综合检查得到确诊)的临床资料进行回顾性研究。对这30例患者均进行MRI检查,然后将MRI检查的结果与综合检查的结果进行对比,总结MRI检查在膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断中的应用价值。结果 :对这30例患者进行综合检查的结果显示共有44只膝盖发生膝关节退行性骨关节病,对其进行MRI检查的结果显示共有42只膝盖发生膝关节退行性骨关节病,用MRI检查对这30例患者进行诊断的准确率为95.45%。其中,用MRI检查诊断关节间隙狭窄、半月板变性和关节面软骨破坏的准确率均为95.45%;用MRI检查诊断关节腔积液的准确率为83.33%、诊断滑膜囊积液的准确率为95%、诊断关节周围软组织异常的准确率为96.15%、诊断骨质增生和硬化的准确率为96.67%。结论 :用MRI检查诊断膝关节退行性骨关节病的效果显著,具有诊断的准确率高及操作简单等优点。

Objective：To study value of application of MRI in diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthrosis of knee joint.Methods：Retrospective study the material of 30 cases of patients with degenerative osteoarthrosis of knee joint（they were be diagnosed） were treated in Peoples＇ Hospital of Qingbaijiang District from October 2015 to October 2016.We do MRI examination on these patients,and compare result of MRI examination with result of comprehensive examination,summarize value of application of MRI in Diagnosis of Degenerative Osteoarthrosis of Knee Joint.Results：The result of comprehensive examination is 44 knee joint of 30 patients were occurred degenerative osteoarthrosis,the result of MRI examination is 42 knee joint of 30 patients were occurred degenerative osteoarthrosis, accuracy of MRI is 95.45%（P〈0.05）.In result of MRI examination,accuracy of diagnosis for Joint space narrowing, denaturation of meniscus and articular cartilage destruction are 95.45%,for joint effusion is 83.33%,for synovial effusion is 95%,for abnormal soft tissue around the joint is 96.15%, for hyperostosis and osteosclerosis is 96.67%.Conclusion：Apply MRI for diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthrosis is significantly effective,MRI have high diagnosis accuracy and easy to use.
