摘要 近年来,随着甲状腺结节发病率的增高和人们健康体检意识的增强,甲状腺结节的检出率逐年增高,由此治疗手段也随之增多。近十年来,甲状腺热消融术逐渐进入人们的视野,由于其具微创且能达到预期治疗效果,因此热消融治疗越来越受到人们的青睐和广泛关注。虽然在极短时间内甲状腺热消融的工作有了很快发展,但在迅猛发展的背后也存在着众多不规范治疗,这不仅仅对患者的治疗造成了一定的负面影响,也阻挠着甲状腺热消融事业的发展。本文旨在关注甲状腺热消融根本问题,对规范治疗起到推动作用。 With the increase of the incidence of thyroid nodules and the awareness of people's health examination in recent years, the detection rate of thyroid nodules increased year by year, and the treatment means also increased.In the past decade, thyroid thermal ablation has gradually been attended, due to its minimally invasive and can achieve the desired therapeutic effect, this treatment received extensive attention.Although in such a very short period of time, the work of thyroid thermal ablation has developed rapidly, but during the rapid development of the technology there are a lot of non-standard treatment, which not only caused a certain negative impact of the treatment of patients, also blocked the development of thyroid thermal ablation.This article aims to focus on the fundamental problem of thyroid thermal ablation, plays a catalytic role in regulating the treatment.
