摘要
为了探讨三维适形放疗同步XELOX方案化疗联合DC-CIK治疗局部进展期胃癌的临床效果,将40例局部进展期胃癌患者随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),分别给予放疗同步XELOX方案联合DC-CIK治疗和放疗同步XELOX方案治疗。结果显示治疗组患者的近期疗效、免疫功能及生命质量与对照组比较明显提高(P均<0.05),两组患者的毒副反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。因此三维适形放疗同步XELOX方案化疗联合DC-CIK治疗可以提高局部进展期胃癌的近期疗效,改善免疫功能和生命质量。
In order to investigate the clinical effect of concurrent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and XELOX（oxaliplatin＋capecitabine）regimen combined with DC-CIK（dendritic cells,cytokine-induced killer cells） for locally advanced gastric cancer, 40 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer were divided into treatment group （20 cases） and control group （20 cases） respectively, then they received concurrent chemoradiotherapy＋DC-CIK treatment and concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The results show that the short-term efficacy, immune function and quality of life of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Therefore, concurrent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and XELOX regimen combined with DC-CIK can improve the short-term efficacy and immune function and quality of life of patients with locally advanced gastric cancer.
