影像诊断医生把格式塔现象或Aunt Minnie方法称为特定的影像征象。困惑的是这种特定的影像征象的形成,即无法用理性推理、也无法用言语来解释。格式塔的拓扑方法是研究影像征象形成的一种新课题。拓扑性质是指拓扑学所说的平面几何图形在连续变换下保持不变这一性质,即主要征象与诊断依据是同胚的和共相的,这就体现了影像诊断在变换下保持不变的性质。

As used by radiologists, the gestalt impression,or an Aunt Minnie approach, is known as the specific imaging signs.Although finding it difficult to analyze rationally or to explain verbally just how this was accomplished, but tological approach of gestalt to the specific imaging signs is a new way to deal with diagnosis.Toplogical nature refers to the kind of property of spatial objects which shows invariance over continuous transformation, that is, the main signs and diagnostic basis are in a state of homomorphism and constitute a pair of universals, which will bring about to imaging diagnosis the property of invariance over transformation.
