青少年精神分裂症患者与父母对家庭功能的感知差异

Different Perceptions of the Family Function among Adolescent Patients with Schizophrenia and Their Parents

探索青少年精神分裂症患者家庭成员对家庭功能的感知差异,采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)和家庭亲密度及适应性量表(FACES)对患者与父母亲进行调查。发现在家庭功能过程发展的感知上,父子在情感反应、行为控制、总功能方面差异明显(P<0.05);母子在沟通方面差异明显(P<0.05);父母在问题解决方面差异明显(P<0.05)。在家庭功能的结果方面,父子在亲密度和适应性方面差异明显(P<0.05),母子在亲密度方面差异明显(P<0.05),父母在适应性方面差异明显(P<0.05)。表明在青少年精神分裂症患者家庭中,家庭成员对家庭功能过程和结果的感知差异明显。

To explore the difference perception about family function of adolescent patient with schizophrenia for family members.The scales of family assessment device （FAD） and family cohesion and adaptability scale （FACES） were used to assess family function perceived by adolescent patients, the fathers and the mothers.The perception of family function for the process were different： the difference of emotional reactions, behavior control and overall function between fathers and children （P〈0.05）;and communication between mothers and children （P〈0.05）;and problem solving between parents （P〈0.05）.The perception of family function for the result were different： the difference of adaptability and cohesion between fathers and children （P〈0.05）;and cohesion between mothers and children （P〈0.05）;and adaptability （P〈0.05）.So family members perceived differences in family functioning process and results in the family of adolescent patients with schizophrenia.
