摘要
邵氏硬度、拉伸强度和伸长率是考核橡胶材质力学性能的重要指标。简述了试样尺寸、取样方向、读数时间、试验速度和停放时间等因素对邵氏硬度和拉伸性能试验结果的影响 。
Shall hardness, tensile strength and its elongation rate are principal data to indicate the quality of rubber materials. It is narrated in this paper the inflence of the dimensions of samples, directions of sampling, reading times, testing speed and conditioned times and etc., on the testing results of shall hardness and tensil strength. Also the reason why the factors inflence on the testing results have been studied.
