鼻病特色中医序贯疗法方剂挥发油的成分GC-MS分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过GC-MS技术手段分析鼻病特色中医序贯疗法方剂中挥发油的化学成分。方法收集方剂煎煮过程中的蒸馏液作为挥发油,通过GCMS-QP2010Ultra气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析检测,同时设置气相色谱和质谱的各项参数和条件,与仪器自带的NIST/EPA/NIH数据库谱图数据库进行匹配,鉴定挥发油中的化学成分,初步明确其作用物质基础。结果鉴定出的28个化学成分,相对丰度最大的成分为莰烯(20.76%)、香桧烯(15.4%)、诺品烯(23.04%)、柠檬烯(26.09%)、萜品烯(11.18%)、丁香烯(25.23%)、桉叶烯(13.32%)、杜松萜烯(38.59%)、朱栾倍半萜(28.15%)和萘衍生物(14.69%),其余成分均在10%以下。结论本研究初步明确了中医序贯疗法方剂挥发油发挥功效的物质基础。 Objective To study the chemical compositions of volatile oil in the prescriptions for sequential therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of nasal diseases by GC-MS analysis. Methods The distilled liquid during the decoction of the prescriptions was collected as volatile oil, and then was detected through GCMS - QP2010Uhra gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument. The parameters of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry were set at the same time to match the instrument' s own NIST/EPA/NIH spectra database for identifying the chemical compositions of volatile oil and clarifying primarily the material basis of action. Results a total of 28 chemical compositions were identified, with relative abundance of the largest component of camphene (20. 76% ) , and sabinene ( 15.4% ) , nopinen ( 23.04% ) , dipentene ( 26. 09% ) , terpinene ( 11.18% ) , caryophyllen (25.23%), eudesmene ( 13.32% ), cadinene (38. 59% ), valencene (28.15%) and naphthalene derivatives ( 14. 69% ), the rest of the compositions were all below 10%. Conclusion The material basis of volatile oil in the prescriptions for sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription is preliminarily determined in this study.
