摘要
为了提高600 MW亚临界空冷机组电动给水泵经济性,结合电动给水泵改汽动给水泵、液力耦合器改调速变频器这两种主要的给水泵改造技术路线,分别计算在不同改造方案下,机组对应不同负荷的改造效果。同时结合场地条件、负荷率、运行方式、投资等因素,针对不同的机组选择合适的改造方案。
To improve the economy of a 600 MW subcritical air-cooling unit driven by electric feed pumps, there are in total two main technical strategies. One way is to use steam feed pump instead of electric feed pump, the other is to adopt frequency conversion instead of fluid coupling. Retrofit effects of the unit at different loads were calculated respectively for both the strategies. Considering the area conditions, load rate, operation mode and investment factors, appropriate retrofit schemes were proposed for the electric feed pump in different units.
