火电站ETS的升级改造

摘要 针对旧的ETS的不足之处,提出了将其纳入火电站单元机组DCS之中进行一体化控制的改造方案。新的ETS摒弃了旧系统复杂的电气回路,汽轮机保护逻辑用软件来完成;把ETS接入DCS的通信环网,实现了在DCS中对ETS的监视和操作。通过合理的硬件和软件配置,使改造后的ETS完全能够满足系统可靠性和快速性要求。 To overcome the deficiencies of the old ETS, a retrofit scheme was proposed, which upgrades the ETS and integrates it into the DCS of the power plant. The new ETS abandons the complex electric circuit in the old system and constructs the turbine protection logic by softwar;~ the method is to connect the ETS to the network of DCS so as to realize the supervision and operation of ETS in the DCS. By proper hardware and software configuration, the new ETS can entirely meet the demand in reliability and rapidity.
