癌症生存者“中国化”管理模式刍议

A Rustic Opinion on the Sinicization of Management Model in Cancer Survivors

笔者结合几十年临床探索,提出癌症生存者管理的中国化/本土化问题:形式上倾向于以紧密团体为主,广泛吸纳社会参与大协作;强调要做好顶层设计,加强协同;及时且全程介入治疗性教育;并认为在中国,中医药学及康复医学是癌症生存者管理的主要力量。由于癌症是多因素所诱发,其之生存与康复受制诸多,因此亟需系统思维,不能就事论事。而且强调先从改变认知切入,并令当事人需遵循"知行合一",注重生活优化细节,持之以恒。此外,这是项涉及广泛的社会系统工程,需善于发动及借助社会力量,组成同盟军,共襄盛举。

The author combined with decades of clinical exploration put forward the management of cancer survivors of the Chinese localization issues. That is tended to form a close knit community with wide social parnmpatlon m cooperation; stressed the need to do top-level design and strengthen cooperation; intervened timely and full in therapeutic education; and considered that Chinese medicine and rehabilitation medicine are the main forces of cancer survivors management in China. As cancer is a multi-factor induced and its survival and rehabilitation are much tied down, so it needs systematic thinking, not to take the matter on its merits. Moreover, it stresses to change the cognitive first, and the parties should follow the ＂unity of knowledge and practice＂ and focus on the optimization of life details persistently. In addition, it is involved in a wide range of social system engineering, and it need to motivate and use of social forces, compose of allies and join the festivities.
