火针高选择性去隐神经关节支及腓总神经关节支联合塞来昔布口服对膝骨关节炎患者WOMAC评分及TNF-a的影响

The Influence on WOMAC Score and TNF-a in Arthritic on the method of fire Needles High Selectivity to cut off Articular Branches of Nervus Saphenus and Common Peroneal Nerve combined with Taking Celecoxib by Mouth

目的:观察火针高选择性去隐神经关节支及腓总神经关节支联合塞来昔布口服对膝骨关节炎患者WOMAC评分及肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)的影响。方法:将60例膝骨关节炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用火针选择性去隐神经关节支及腓总神经关节支联合塞来昔布口服,对照组单纯塞来昔布口服,评价治疗前及治疗3周、5周WOMAC评分和关节液中TNF-a含量,并记录治疗过程中有无并发症。结果:火针疗法联合塞来昔布口服在WOMAC评分及关节液TNF-a含量方面优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗1-3周时改变明显,治疗3-5周后保持相对平稳水平。结论:火针高选择性去隐神经关节支及腓总神经关节支联合塞来昔布口服对膝骨关节炎患者WOMAC评分及TNF-a的影响明显优于单纯塞来昔布口服。

Objective： To observe the influence on WOMAC score and TNF-a in arthritic on the method of fire needles high selectivity to cut off articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve combined with taking Celecoxib by mouth. Methods： 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used acupuncture to selective saphenous nerve and common peroneal nerve branch joint articular branch combined with celecoxib orally,the control group celecoxib oral evaluation before treatment and TNF-a content of 3 and 5 weeks and WOMAC score in the synovial fluid were recorded during the treatment of complications. Results： Fire needle therapy combined with celecoxib was better than that of the scores of WOMAC and TNF-a in synovial fluid of the control group（ P〈0.05）,and the treatment of 1-3 weeks was significantly changed after 3-5 weeks treatment remained relatively stable level. Conclusion： The influence on WOMAC score and TNF-a in arthritic on the method of fire needles high selectivity to cut off articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve combined with taking Celecoxib by mouth is better than taking Celecoxib by mouth merely.
