摘要
本文利用传统火试金富集贵金属的预处理方法,结合现代分析仪器,运用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对Pt、Pd进行分析,其具有简单、准确、快速的特点。通过加入银作为保护剂富集Pt、Pd形成合粒,经硝酸-盐酸溶解贵金属合粒后,采用ICP-AES法测定溶液中Pt、Pd含量。通过一系列条件试验,得出最佳试验条件、基体干扰影响等。试验表明,采用本方法测定硝酸氧化炉灰中Pt、Pd含量,消除了电感耦合等离子体光谱法直接存在的基体干扰,测定结果稳定,方法操作简便快速,可作为Pt、Pd测定方法。
In this paper, Pt and Pd were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) with the pretreatment method of noble metal enrichment and precious metal, which was simple, accurate and rapid. The contents of Pt and Pd in the solution were determined by ICP-AES after the addition of silver as the protective agent to enrich the Pt and Pd. Through a series of condition tests, the best experimental conditions, the impact of matrix interference and so on. The results show that the method can be used to determine the content of Pt and Pd in nitric acid oxidation furnace, and the matrix interference is directly eliminated by inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy. The method is simple and rapid and can be used as Pt and Pd method.
