摘要 苯胺是重要的有机化工原料,应用领域十分广泛。纯苯胺为无色透明油状液体,有很强的毒性,主要通过皮肤、呼吸道和消化道进入人体,造成各种血液病,甚至导致各种癌症。本文采用全自动固相萃取-气相色谱法技术,建立了地表水中苯胺的分析方法。水样经HLB柱富集净化后,用10 mL二氯甲烷洗脱,定容至5 mL,以气相色谱定性和定量。在本实验条件下,地表水加标回收率在88.2%~103.2%,RSD值为6.2%,本方法适合环境水样的日常监测。 Aniline is an important organic chemical raw materials, a wide range of applications. Pure aniline is a colorless transparent oily liquid, has a strong toxicity, mainly through the skin, respiratory and digestive tract into the human body, causing a variety of blood diseases, and even lead to a variety of cancer. In this paper, an automatic solid phase extraction-gas chromatography technique was used to establish an analytical method for aniline in surface water. The water samples were purified by HLB column and eluted with 10 mL of methylene chloride. The volume was set to 5 mL, qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography. Under the experimental conditions, the recoveries of surface water were 88.2% ~ 103.2% and the RSD was 6.2%. This method was suitable for the daily monitoring of environmental water samples.
