Investigation on Operation Status of Zhongxian Township Sewage Treatment Plant

乡镇污水处理厂的建设是农村环境整治和保护的一项基础工程。但是,如何确保已建和待建的污水处理厂有效运营成为各地政府部门当前重要的挑战。本文以忠县乡镇污水处理厂监测调查为例,首先分析了目前乡镇污水处理厂的运行状况,指出其在运行管理、设备维护、人员配置及资源循环利用中存在的各种问题,然后研究了规范乡镇污水处理厂运营管理体制和可持续发展的有效措施。

The construction of township sewage treatment plant is a basic project of rural environmental remediation and protection. However, how to ensure that the effective operation of the built and constructed sewage treatment plants has become an important challenge for local government departments. This paper analyzes the current situation of the township sewage treatment plant, points out its problems in operation management, equipment maintenance, staffing and resource recycling, and then studies the problems of the sewage treatment plant in Zhongxian Township sewage treatment plant. Standardize the operation and management system of township sewage treatment plant and the effective measures of sustainable development.
