本文主要分析了环境检测市场的发展现状以及存在的问题,然后从专业技能再教育、从业履历、从业信用等方面阐述了对社会环境检测人员进行管理的必要性,认为必须评估社会机构环境监测的能力,监督检测人员自身结构的流动性,这样才能推动环境监测市场健康、有序发展。因此,本文主要针对环境监测的社会化质量监管新思路进行全面分析,希望能给同行提供一定参考。

This paper mainly analyzes the current development of the market environment detection and the existing problems, and then from the professional skills and work experience, business credit and other aspects of the necessity of management of social environmental testing personnel, that must evaluate the ability to monitor the environment of social institutions, liquidity supervision and inspection personnel of its own structure, so as to promote the orderly development health and environmental monitoring market. Therefore, this paper aims at environmental monitoring of social quality supervision of new ideas for a comprehensive analysis, hoping to provide a reference for peers.
