国土资源的有效管理和利用直接关系我国国民经济的发展,是社会主义现代化各项事业的基础保障,是社会发展进步所依赖的重要基础。随着我国经济的迅速发展,社会建设的步伐不断加快,国土资源的管理出现了各种各样的问题。为了对国土资源进行有效管理,本文首先研究了其发展趋势,进而提出国土资源管理改革的相关建议。

The effective management and utilization of land resources is directly related to the development of China＇s economy. It is the basic guarantee for the cause of socialist modernization and an important foundation on which social development and progress are dependent. With the rapid development of China＇s economy, the pace of social construction has been accelerating, and the management of land and resources has all kinds of problems. In order to carry on the effective management to the land resources, this article first studies its development tendency, then puts forward the related suggestion to the land resource management reform.
