摘要
一贮箱在水压试验时环焊缝开裂导致泄漏。对焊缝断口和材料组织进行了分析 ,认为焊缝泄漏是由于局部存在密集热裂纹所致。对热裂纹的产生机理进行了分析 。
A container leakage is caused by circle welding seam fractures in the course of hydraulic pressure test. A study on fracture surface and microstructure has been made in this paper. It is shown that the leakage is caused due to the hot crack in some areas of the welding seam. By the way, the conditions causing hot cracks and the measure to prevent the crack are also discussed.
