摘要 开展杂散损耗分析有助于提高变压器运行效率。本文利用法国FLUX3D软件建立了一个考虑油箱和夹件损耗的SFL1-20000/35变压器有限元模型,获得了变压器油箱和夹件的涡流分布和损耗估计值。通过自定义B(H)磁滞曲线参数,采用线性表面阻抗法和非线性表面阻抗法分别计算了变压器油箱壁及夹件涡流损耗。与国标参数/出厂测试参数校核结果显示非线性表面阻抗法具有准确性更高的特点。相关模型构建的讨论与计算结论对于标准或特种变压器的优化设计和运行分析具有一定的参考价值。 The stray loss analysis is helpful to improve the operation efficiency of transformer. In this paper,a finite element model of SFL1-20000/35 type transformer considering the loss of fuel tank and clip is established by using FLUX3D software in order to obtain the eddy current distribution and estimate the stray loss resulting from transformer oil tank and clip. Based on customizing the hysteresis curve,the eddy current loss involving the tank wall and the clamping part in the transformer could be calculated by utilizing the linear surface impedance method and the nonlinear surface impedance method,respectively. The results show that the nonlinear surface impedance method has higher accuracy than the former. The discussion and conclusion would provide a reference for the design optimization and operation analysis about normal or special transformer.
