摘要 在"中国制造2025"背景下,制造业对3D打印技术应用型人才需求非常庞大。从职业教育角度分析了目前3D打印技术应用于实践教学存在的问题,针对这些问题提出将3D打印技术融入传统制造类专业的实训教学,让学生在面向生产、面向制造的职业技能训练中学习3D打印技术并应用于解决生产实际问题。以融入3D打印技术的产品开发与模具设计实训教学为例阐述了上述方案的实施。实践证明实训与企业岗位需求相结合,对于培养具有3D打印技术又能应用于专业制造领域的复合型应用人才具有积极的作用。 Under the background of "China manufacturing 2025 ",the demand of manufacturing for the talent of 3D printing technology is very large. From the point of view of vocational education,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the application of 3D printing technology in practical teaching. Then the paper proposes integrating 3D printing technology into the traditional manufacturing professional practice teaching,which will let students learn 3D printing technology in vocational skills training processes. This could make students master the application of 3D printing technology and know how to solve practical problems in production. The product development and mold design practical teaching based on 3D printing technology is taken as an example. Practice proves that this practical teaching combines with enterprise post,and it plays an active role on cultivating 3D printing technology application-oriented talents.
