本质安全型H_2S腐蚀实验室的建设与安全管理实践 被引量:1

摘要 H_2S腐蚀实验室涉及剧毒H_2S气体的使用,存在因气体泄漏带来的安全隐患。针对H_2S腐蚀实验室的特殊性,从安全管理体系和安全设施建设两方面对实验室安全管理进行了探索。重点从安全管理规章制度、安全知识培训与考核和安全检查与维护等方面构建了H_2S实验室安全管理体系。并采用技术手段,使H_2S实验室安全设施系统有效地实现了H_2S气体的浓度监测、报警通知以及泄漏气体处理等一系列自动应急处理。H_2S腐蚀实验室的运行实践表明,所建立的实验室安全管理体系和安全防护设施能够实现该实验系统的本质安全目标,显著降低了H_2S腐蚀实验室的安全事故风险。 H2S corrosion laboratory involves the use of highly toxic H2S gas and there exists the security risk caused by H2S gas leakage. In view of the particularity of H2S corrosion laboratory,the safety management of laboratory was explored from safety management system and safety facility construction. The safety management system of H2S laboratory was set up from the aspects of safety management rules and regulations,safety knowledge training and assessment and safety inspection and maintenance. And the H2S laboratory safety facility system was effectively used to implement a series of automatic emergency treatment such as H2S gas concentration monitoring,alarm notification and leak gas treatment. The operation practice of the H2S corrosion laboratory shows that the establishment of the laboratory safety management system and safety protection facilities can achieve the intrinsic safety objectives of the experimental system,significantly reduce the risk of accidents of H2S corrosion laboratory,which is of great reference value to the similar laboratories in colleges and universities at home and abroad.
