浅析高校实验室生物安全事件的原因与管理对策

Cause Analysis and Management Strategies of the Biosafety in University Laboratories

高校实验室是进行科学研究和实验教学的重要场所,生物安全是生命科学研究工作顺利开展的前提。近年来,高校实验室的生物安全事件时有发生,造成了多人感染或死亡,引起社会的高度关注。因此,详细分析已发生的生物安全事件的特点、发生条件和形成原因,以便采取针对性的措施,对防止同类事件的再次发生具有重要意义。本文以15例生物安全事件为基础,总结提炼各类信息,并从安全管理队伍、生物安全培训及演练、生物安全风险评估、生物安全个人防护等角度提出相应的管理对策。研究结果有助于强化师生的安全防范意识,为高校实验室开展生物安全管理提供参考。

The university laboratory is a main place which conducts the teaching and scientific research. Biosafety is important foundation for the smooth running of biomedical laboratory. At present,biosafety incidents of university laboratory have occurred repeatedly,it caused human infections and even death,and attracted highly attention of the whole society. Therefore,we analyze the characteristics,conditions of happening,and causes of biosafety incidents in this paper,in order to take targeted measures to effectively cut down or prevent the same incidents. This paper sums up the obtained rich data and information from 15 typical biosafety accidents,and puts forward some scientific strategies from biosafety management team,biosafety training and exercise,risk assessment,to biosafety personal protection. The information will be useful to strengthen the security awareness of teachers and students in the biosafety management of university laboratory.
