摘要
钢轨在线路焊接时 ,发现钢轨端面轨底脚部位有一严重裂缝缺陷。经对缺陷的形貌特征及缺陷中夹杂物成分分析 。
A crack was discovered in the rail bottom of a rail at its end when it was welded on a railway.Macro inspection of the crack and analysis on inclusion in the crack showed that the crack was due to the entanglement of the protective slag in molten steel during ingot casting.
