突破我国中小企业融资壁垒的本土策略研究

On the Localization Strategies for Breaking through Financing Barriers of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China

中小企业逐渐成为"新常态"下国民经济发展的重要支柱,在带动就业、提高国民收入、促进消费和保障社会稳定等方面发挥举足轻重的作用。然而"融资难、融资贵"是制约中小企业成长和发展的现实瓶颈。中小企业融资困难面临着制度限制、金融压抑、现实壁垒和文化障碍等方面因素,破解中小企业融资壁垒需要一系列具有现实指导意义的本土策略和政策建议。

The small and medium-sized enterprises in China have gradually become an important pillar of our national economy. They play a pivotal role in improving income,stimulating employment and promoting social stability.However,financing is the biggest problem to restrict the development of SMEs. This study analyzes the reasons for the financing difficulties,and points out the financial repression barriers for SMEs,and the relevant policies have certain practical significance for breaking through financing barriers.
