我国地方普通高校转型的路径选择——再谈专业设置转型

On the Transformation of Major Setting:Path Selections for Local Colleges and Universities in China

普通高等学校本科专业设置转型是指在普通本科专业设置、专业设置权的分配、高校的专业选择层面上应予实现的根本转变过程。在普通本科专业设置层面上,应实现专业划分依据的变革、专业口径的认知变革;在普通本科专业设置权的分配层面上,应实现专业设置权的重心下移、本科专业的选择权和审批权的规范与下移;在普通本科高等学校的专业选择层面上,应实现以行业需求为目标、特色专业为引导、专业内涵为重点、学生诉求为根本。

The transformation of undergraduate specialty in general colleges and universities refers to the fundamental transformation process which should be realized in the aspects of the profession setting,the distribution of the profession setting rights and the profession choice of the University. On the level of setting the general undergraduate profession,we should reform the profession division benchmark and the cognitive caliber; on the level of distributing the general undergraduate profession setting rights,we should reload and specify the profession setting right,choosing right and approval right;on the level of the ordinary undergraduate profession choice,we should accord to the goal of the professional needs,the guidance of the professional characteristics,the key point of the professional contents,and the fundamental elements of the students demands.
