卓越英语人才培养的探索与实践——以沈阳师范大学英语专业为例

Exploration and Application of Outstanding English Talent Training Program——A Case Study of English Major in Shenyang Normal University

世界经济一体化及中国社会经济的快速发展对卓越英语人才培养提出了新的要求。沈阳师范大学英语专业探索和实施了卓越英语人才培养计划,明确了服务地方基础教育及经济社会发展的应用型卓越英语人才的培养目标定位,提出语言与人文教育相融合、专业教育与职业教育相融合、学校与中小学、企业相融合的协同育人培养模式,在课程体系、教学模式与方法、师资队伍、质量保障体系等方面进行了探索与改革。

Economic globalization and the rapid social and economic development of China means new demands for the cultivation of outstanding English talents. Shenyang Normal University has proposed the Outstanding English Talent Training Program. It has set the clear goal of cultivating outstanding English talents for basic English education and local economic and social development,carried out the talent training mode which incorporates language teaching with humanistic education,discipline education with job skill training and university education with school and enterprise training. It has also made some exploration in the reform of curriculum,teaching mode and method,teaching faculty construction and teaching quality monitor system.
