摘要 为了准确衡量待评价专利(专利号ZL200480008287.7)的价值,促进该专利技术的转化应用,本研究从该专利所属的乙肝疫苗领域入手,结合技术发展现状和产业特点,选取先进性、依赖性、技术发展前景、适用范围、可替代性、成熟度、配套技术依存度、产业集中度这8个方面作为技术价值度评价指标,详细分析待评价专利各个指标的所处级别,对其技术价值度进行合理判断,最后根据研究结果,总结出一套科学性较强、可操作性较高并适于吉林省地区使用的专利技术价值度的通用评估方法。 In order to accurately evaluate the value of the patent ( patent No. ZL200480008287.7) and promote the transformation and application of the patented technology, the research was carried out from the field of the hepatitis vaccine, combined with the development of the technology and the characteristics of the industry. Advancement, dependency, technological development prospect, appli- cable scope, alternative, maturity and necessary technology dependence, industrial concentration were chosen as the technical value evaluation index. Detailed patent analysis was carried out to evaluate the level of each indicator and reasonable judgment for its value of the technology. According to the results, a set of strong scientific and high maneuverability general assessment methods of the patented technology which was suitable for Jilin province was summarized.
