标准化手术患者转运流程在提高手术患者安全中的应用

Application of standardized transfer process of surgical patients in improving safety of surgical patients

目的:探讨标准化手术患者转运流程在提高手术患者安全中的应用效果。方法:根据手术患者的转运工作实际,设计制定转运流程的标准化干预路径。采用整群抽样方法,选择2015年1~6月手术患者8349例作为对照组,选择2015年7~12月手术患者9336例作为干预组,比较标准化干预实施前后两组患者的转运中转运时间、转运差错率和患者转运过程中的体温情况,并对比两组护理不良事件发生率。结果:干预组患者转运时间短于对照组,体温高于对照组,差错率及护理不良事件发生率均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化干预的应用,对手术患者的转运具有重要的作用,规范转运流程,提高转运效率,加强术后转运保温,降低患者转运差错率,可有效提高工作效率,值得临床推广。

Objective： To discuss the application effect of standardized transfer process of surgical patients in improving the safety of surgical patients. Methods： The standardized intervention approach of transfer process was designed according to the actual transfer of surgical patients. Group sampling method was used,and 8349 surgical patients from January to June 2015 were selected as the control group,and 9336 surgical patients from July to December 2015 were selected as the intervention group,and patients in the two groups were compared in transfer time,transfer error rate and body temperature in the process of transfer of patients in the two groups before and after intervention,and the incidence rates of adverse events of patients in the two groups were compared. Results： The transfer time of patients in the intervention group was shorter than that of patients in the control group,the body temperature of patients in the intervention was higher than that of patients in the control group,the error rate and adverse nursing events of patients in the intervention group were lower than those of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of standardized intervention played an important role in the transfer of surgical patients,and it could regulate the transfer process,improve transfer efficiency,strengthen the post-operation transfer temperature maintenance,reduce the transfer error rate of patients,improve the work efficiency,and was worth promoting clinically.
