Research on Energy Development Strategy Positioning in Guangxi

广西能源资源储量匮乏,能源自给率低,用能成本高昂,随着广西经济水平和能源需求不断增长,中长期广西能源缺口巨大,能源问题成为困扰广西经济和社会发展的重点和难点问题。为了解决广西能源供应问题,保证能源供应安全,分析了广西能源发展现况及未来能源供应能力,通过能源平衡计算,确定广西未来能源缺口,提出了广西能源发展战略定位和发展思路,为广西能源主管部门提供参考。

The energy resource is scanty in Guangxi, the energy self-sufficiency ratio is low and the cost of energy is high. With the increasing of economic development and need of energy in Guangxi, the lack of energy will be enlarged in the medium and long term future. The energy problem will be the key and difficult problem which troubles the economic and social development in Guangxi. In order to solve the energy supply problem in Guangxi and guarantee the energy supply security, the current situation of energy development and the energy supply capability in future in Guangxi are analyzed. By energy balance calculation, the lack of energy in future in Guangxi is determined and the energy development strategic positioning and the development thinking are proposed which can provide references to the department in charge of energy in Guangxi.
