摘要
超(特)高压输电线路穿越区域地形复杂、自然环境恶劣,加大了线路巡检运维难度。为此,结合自有的AS350B3型直升机,对±500 kV金中直流高海拔输电线路开展直升机巡检的可行性进行探讨。分析了可见光巡检模式、红外巡检模式、可见光和红外组合巡检模式、最大起飞重量模式下AS350B3型直升机最大悬停高度,并计算了AS350B3型直升机在各种作业模式下高海拔无地效悬停的临界温度值,结果表明:AS350B3型直升机基本满足金中直流线路各种巡检作业模式的要求。最后给出了AS350B3型直升机巡检高海拔输电线路的建议,可供输电线路开展直升机巡检参考。
Areas crossed by extra (ultra) high voltage transmission lines have complex terrain and abominable natural environment, which increased the difficulty of the inspection and operation & maintenance of lines. For this reason, the feasibility of helicopter inspection for high altitude transmission line of ± 500 kV Jinzhong HVDC is discussed combining with the AS350B3 type helicopter self-owned. The maximum hovering altitude of the AS350B3 type helicopter is analyzed under various modes including visible light inspection mode, infrared inspection mode, combination inspection mode of visible light and infrared and largest takeoff weight mode. The critical temperature value of the high altitude hover out of ground effect of the AS350B3 type helicopter under various working modes is calculated. Results show that the AS350B3 type helicopter can basically satisfy requirements of various inspection working modes of transmission lines of Jinzhong HVDC. Suggestions on the inspection of high altitude transmission line by the AS350B3 type helicopter are proposed which provides references for the development of helicopter inspection for transmission line.
