摘要 为了提高分裂导线间隔棒拆装工作效率及安全性,针对传统螺杆收紧式拆装器存在的磨伤间隔棒、工具笨重、无防坠措施等问题,结合线路运维经验及实际需要,研制了新型高效间隔棒拆装器。通过对工具关键部位的受力情况进行分析,并将加工成形的工具在现场试用,证明了新型间隔棒拆装器满足强度及安全系数要求,具有重量轻、操作简单、省力高效等优点。 In order to improve working efficiency and security of disassembling and assembling of bundle conductor spacer bar, a new type high efficient spacer bar disassembler is developed aiming at problems of traditional screw tightening type disassembler such as abrasion of spacer bar, heavy tool and no anti-dropping measures and so on and combining with line operation and maintenance experiences and actual requirements. By analysis of force conditions of key parts of the tool and field trial application of the tool processed and formed, it is proved that the new type spacer bar disassembler meets the requirement of strength and safety factor which has advantages of light weight, simplicity of operation and labor-saving and efficiency and so on.
