河北省普法宣传教育的现状及对策研究

The Investigative Analysis and Strategic Countermeasure on Popularizing-law and Legal Education in Hebei Province

做好普法宣传教育工作是实现依法治省的关键,如何取得有效的普法成果,课题组在广泛调研的基础上进行分析和总结,针对河北省的普法现状和存在问题,提出切实可行的解决对策:一是明确普法目标,二是加强普法队伍,三是完善普法内容,四是丰富普法形式,五是区别普法对象,六是规范评价机制,七是关注欠发达地区,八是构建京津冀一体化普法机制。

Ruling a province by law must do well in popularizing-law and Legal Education. In order to know detailedly the actuality of popularizing-law in Hebei province, the research team does a lot of survey, analyze and summarize the actuality and problems, then put forward strategic advice. First, Form professional and diverse popularizing-law teams. Second, do the job of popularizing-law well in the areas where the rule of law are weak. Third, popularize law to the key people as well as the common people. Forth, innovate and develop the forms of popularizing-law. Fifth, choose right content of popularizing-law. Sixth, enhance the effect of popularizing-law. Seventh, build the integrative mechanism of popularizing-law in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
