中子管离子源2 kV高压脉冲电源的研制 被引量:7

摘要 高压脉冲电源在电场杀菌、等离子体发生器、激光技术、中子测井等领域有广泛应用。其中,属于核测井技术的脉冲中子测井技术需使用特定的脉冲和测量时序,因此设计了应用于中子测井技术中的高压脉冲电源系统。该系统通过单端反激式逆变电路和半臂逆对称式倍压整流电路得到了稳定的直流高压,通过开关管串联的方式解决了MOSFET管耐压不够的问题,设计了斩波控制电路,实现了高压状态下的斩波功能。对系统进行了带负载实验,实现脉冲电压0~2 k V,频率500 Hz^10 k Hz连续可调,最小脉宽40μs的精确控制,多次实验结果验证了该方案的可行性。该电源具有功耗低、体积小、实验成本低等特点,基本满足了测井中子管中对离子源的供电需求。 The high voltage pulse power supply has been widely used in various scientific fields such as the electric field sterilization,the plasma generator,the laser technology,the neutron logging,etc.Among which,the pulsed neutron logging technology that belongs to the nuclear logging technique needs to use specific pulse and measuring temporal sequence. So a high voltage pulse power supply system which can be used in neutron logging technology was designed in this paper. A stable output DC high voltage power supply was synthesized by single-ended flyback inverter circuit and half-arm inverse symmetric voltage-multiplying rectifying circuit. The voltage resistance of MOSFET was solved by serial MOSFET. A chopper control circuit has been designed for chopping function at high pressure. The resistance load experiment is carried out with this system. The output pulse high voltage is 0 ~ 2 k V,with a frequency of500 Hz ~ 10 k Hz which is continuous adjustable. The minimum pulse width of which is up to 40 μs. It verifies the feasibility of this plan after many experiments. In addition,this power supply has many advantages as low power consumption,small in size,low cost,etc. And it satisfies the power supply demand of logging neutron tube to ion source.
