针对目前大学校园内关于快递代收、快递代邮、快递存储、物品管理和人员管理存在的问题和弊端,提出了基于用户评价模型的、采用浏览器/服务器模式设计的大学校园快递代取管理系统解决方案。该方案从大学校园快递需求的实际情况出发,以系统的业务模型和用户评价模型为基础,按照"自顶向下、逐步求精"的原则建立了系统的软件结构。通过用户评价分析模型的建立,为大学校园快递代取管理系统智能派件提供了算法解决方案;通过4个子系统及相应功能模块的建立,确定系统的功能。系统具有可靠性高,可维护性强,安全性好等特点。利用大学校园快递代取管理系统能够快速整合资源,为学生展开基于"互联网+"模式的创业提供平台支持,为在校大学生提供更多的勤工俭学机会。

In view of the problems and disadvantages of the current university campus on express collection,express delivery,express storage,goods management and personnel management,this article puts forward a solution based on user evaluation model,using B/S mode design. Based on the system business model and user evaluation model,the software structure of the system is established from the actual situation of demand based on ＂top-down,stepwise refinement ＂. The establishment of user evaluation analysis model provides an algorithm solution for intelligent delivery system of taking express management system of university campus; The function of the system is determined through the establishment of four subsystems and corresponding function modules. The system has the characteristics of high reliability,strong maintainability,and good security. The use of the system can quickly integrate resources. The system can offer entrepreneurship platform support to students based on the＂Internet plus＂model,and provide more work opportunities for College Students.）
