友阿国际广场步行街天幕单层网壳施工及结构分析 被引量:2

CONSTRUCTION AND STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF SINGLE-LAYER STEEL RETICULATED SHELL STRUCTURE OF FRIENDSHIP & APOLLO INTERNATIONAL PLAZA PEDESTRIAN STREET

摘要 友阿国际广场步行街位于湖南省郴州市,其天幕采用单层钢结构网壳结构形式,网壳由矩形钢管通过米字形节点连接而成,空间形状复杂,且现场场地狭窄,仅有塔吊等吊装工具,给钢结构加工和安装带来了非常大的困难。针对网壳钢结构本身的特点并结合实际情况提出了工厂单独制作节点和杆件、现场制作纵向安装段、搭设满堂脚手架、安装段定位和调节装置、安装纵向安装段、安装斜杆、精确定位和施焊等施工思路和方法,并在项目中得到了应用,效果良好,既提高了钢结构的制作和安装效率,也保证了项目的安装精度和质量。对网壳结构进行了整体结构验算和代表性节点的有限元分析,证明了结构在施工阶段的安全性。 The Friendship Apollo international plaza pedestrian street is located in Chenzhou,Hunan province.The roof of the pedestrian street was adopted in the single-layer reticulated shell structure. The reticulated shell was formed by rectangular steel tubes with butterfly-shaped joints. Considering the complex spatial structure,the narrow site and only the crane as lifting equipment,problems of steel processing and installation should be showed. Based on the features of the shell structure and the characteristics of the construction site,the construction method was put forward: the joints and the member bars were manufactured in factory separately; the longitudinal installation sections were made on site; the full hall scaffold was set up; positioning and adjusting devices were placed; the longitudinal installation sections were installed; the diagonal bars were installed; the accurate positioning and welding were conducted. The method was applied to the project which achieved good result because the efficiency of the steel structure manufacture and installation was improved and the installation accuracy was guaranteed as well as the quality. Checking calculation for the whole reticulated shell structure and the finite element analysis for the representative joint proved the structure was safe at the construction phase.
