超高坐地式玻璃肋幕墙系统结构性能试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 澳门某工程二期的幕墙总面积达12万m2,11.6 m高的玻璃肋幕墙系统面积约800 m2。该超高玻璃肋幕墙系统采用玻璃肋和玻璃面板分别坐地的构造形式,以确保建筑外观尽可能满足通透简洁的设计要求。由于该项设计超出了JGJ 102—2003《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》、AS-1288关于坐地玻璃肋高度限值的规定,通过采取合理的设计构造措施,使该幕墙系统能较好地适应主体结构的变形。经理论分析、幕墙性能试验测试以及工程实际应用情况表明,该超高坐地式玻璃肋幕墙系统能较好地满足设计要求。 The total area of curtain wall on the project phase 2 in Macao is 120 000 square meters,including 800 square meters of 11. 6-meter-high glass fin curtain wall system. The glass fin and glass panel were separately supported at the bottom of the system in order to meet the architectural design requirements of transparency and simplicity. Because the design height of the glass fin curtain wall system was beyond the limited height of building desige code,a test was performed to check the reliability for the designed structure,which showed that some reasonable design measures were adopted to meet the deformation requirements of the main structure. Based on the theoretical analysis,the mechanical property test of curtain wall,and the application situation of the project,the paper showed that the 11. 6-meter-high bottom-supported glass fin curtain wall system could meet the design requirements.
