摘要
根据对某钢结构厂房施工过程中发生倒塌事故的现场调查、取样检测及结构计算分析,结果表明,施工过程中未及时安装支撑及檩条等连接构件、柱底与基础间的预留空间过大且在二次浇注前未采取任何加固措施是导致该厂房发生整体倒塌的主要原因。对于大跨度轻钢结构厂房,遵守严格的施工顺序、做好保障整体稳定的预防措施,对施工安全至关重要。
According to the field investigation,sampling detection and structural calculation and analysis of the collapse accident occurred in the construction of a steel structure factory building,it showed that bracing members failing to install in time and the reserve space between the column base and foundation exceeding the guiding value without any reinforcement measures before the second casting were the main reasons to the collapse. For long span light-weight steel structure factory building,it is very important to comply with strict construction orders and ensure the overall stability,the construction safety is essential.
