摘要
患者男,72岁。2年前出现右侧睾丸肿大,伴有低热,不伴胀痛,不影响活动,无明显排尿困难,无恶心呕吐,同时出现右侧腹股沟区肿物,串珠样,患者未就诊。外院超声检查发现右侧睾丸及腹股沟区实性占位,行穿刺活检,病理提示为转移性腺癌,遂来本院进一步诊疗。患者近期仍有低热,食欲良好,体重下降约3 kg。
