摘要
石墨烯以其强度高、导电性好、质量轻等优势,在生物、电子、能源等领域中展现了广阔的应用前景。实现大规模、高质量、低成本制备理想化的石墨烯是石墨烯走向商业化的关键问题,综述了近年来石墨烯的几种主要制备方法:氧化还原法、化学气相沉积法、外延生长法、有机合成法、离子插层法、原位自生模板法和爆炸还原法,对比了各种石墨烯制备方法的优缺点,并分析了石墨烯制备方法的发展趋势。
Graphene with high strength,good conductivity,light quality and other advantages,show a broad application prospects in the biological,electronics,energy and the other fields.The realization of large-scale,high-quality,low-cost preparation of idealized graphene is the key issue of commercialization of graphene.Several major preparation methods of graphene in recent years were reviewed:oxidation-reduction method,chemical vapor deposition method,epitaxial growth method,Organic synthesis method,ion intercalation method,in situ autogenous template method and explosive reduction method.The advantages and disadvantages of various graphene preparation methods were compared,and analyzed the development trend of graphene preparation method.
