摘要
以壳聚糖(CS)与海藻酸钠(SA)为原料,以0.4%(体积分数,下同)的甘油为增塑剂,以1.25%的戊二醛为交联剂,制得CS/SA复合膜,研究了CS与SA不同配合比和交联时间对复合膜性能的影响。等浓度的CS膜液与SA膜液的体积配合比为9∶1,交联时间为30min时,制得的CS/SA复合膜性能最佳,膜厚度较薄为31.8μm、溶胀度较好为235%、水溶性较弱为12%、水蒸汽透过系数较低为0.72×10^(-10)g/Pa·s·m。
A chitosan/sodium alginate composite film was made from chitosan and sodium alginate with 0.4vol% glycerol as plasticizer,cross-linked by 1.25vol% glutaraldehyde.The effects of different composite ratio and cross-linking time on the property of film were investigated.A optimal condition for the synthesis of film was determined:the volume mix ratio of chitosan and alginate was 9∶1 at the same concentration,the cross-linking time was 30 min.Under these conditions,the prepared film had the best performance,thinner thickness 31.8μm,better swelling ratio 235%,weaker water solubility 12% and lower water vapor permeability 0.72×10^(-10)g/Pa·s·m.
